Voting is on 25th May in Delhi

Sisodia was arrested on 26 February last year

Former Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia, arrested in a money laundering case related to the Delhi liquor scam, is serving his sentence in Tihar Jail. Let us tell you that Manish Sisodia was arrested last year on 26 February 2023 and since then he has not got any relief. Rouse Avenue Court had earlier extended the judicial custody of Manish Sisodia till April 26 and now the court will hear the case next on April 26 at 11 am. Earlier, the court had extended the judicial custody of Sisodia till April 18.

CM Arvind Kejriwal also arrested

ED claims that there is alleged corruption in the formulation and implementation of Delhi Liquor Policy and its main conspirator is Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal. Recently, the court has also extended the judicial custody of Arvind Kejriwal till April 23 in the money laundering case related to Delhi Excise Policy. Kejriwal was arrested by the Central Investigation Agency in the case on March 21.
