Union Minister for Minority Welfare Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi said that the decision to start Hajj pilgrimage 2021 is for Saudi Arabia to take. PM Narendra Modi has already said that whatever decision the Saudi Arabian government takes in this regard, India will stand by it.

Naqvi said that last year Saudi Arabia had canceled the Haj pilgrimage due to the Corona epidemic. This year also the situation is similar. So nothing is decided yet. If the Saudi government announces to start the journey with the Corona protocol, then India's preparations are complete.
