Supreme Court News: BJP has got a big blow from the Supreme Court in the advertisement case against TMC. The apex court refused to hear BJP's petition. The court said that prima facie your advertisement is wrong. Calcutta High Court had banned BJP's advertisement against TMC. The High Court had banned BJP's advertisement against TMC till June 4. After this BJP had approached the Supreme Court. Now BJP has got a shock from here also. The Supreme Court told BJP that your opponent is not your enemy.Senior BJP lawyer PS Patwalia said that our advertisements are based on facts.
