This meeting between Sachin Pilot and CP Joshi lasted for about 1.5 hours. According to sources, this meeting has many meanings. Dr. CP Joshi's name is leading in the race for Chief Minister. In such a situation, the question is whether Pilot can be made the state president of Congress and CP Joshi as the chief minister of Rajasthan.

Ashok Gehlot will not hold two posts

Ashok Gehlot said, "There is a discussion in the media that I want to continue on both the post of Chief Minister and President, but let me make it clear that there is no such thing. Whatever the party high command decides, I will be accepted. But I do not insist on continuing. Who will be the Chief Minister of Rajasthan will be decided by the party high command. The time for filing nominations was near, so I had to make nominations."

Priyanka Gandhi in favor of making Sachin CM

According to sources, Priyanka Gandhi is in favor of making Sachin Pilot the CM of Rajasthan. Rahul Gandhi made it clear in Kochi that the 'one person, one post' decision taken at Udaipur Chintan Shivir will be implemented. Sources are also telling that the 'Bharat Jodo Yatra' of Congress will be of 21 days in Rajasthan also. Rahul Gandhi wants the issue of CM's post to be resolved before he undertakes a padyatra in Rajasthan in October-November.
