Rajasthan Vidhan Sabha: Announcing the reply to the budget, Finance Minister Diya Kumari today announced the opening of a sub-centre of the State Remote Sensing Application Centre in Jaipur. Opening this centre will enable real-time monitoring of the state's natural resources through satellite. Along with this, the discovery of new minerals in the state, city surveys, monitoring of forest and environmental wealth can also be done. Apart from this centre, the Finance Minister also announced the construction of a 16 km bypass from Jaitpura to Jaisinghpura on Sikar Road in Jaipur. It will cost around Rs 130 crore. Apart from this, development work of Teg Bahadur Sahib Gurudwara located on Delhi bypass in Jaipur will be done.

Announcement of opening a new agricultural produce market

Along with this, the opening of a new PHC in Jaitpura of Chaumnu and a new agricultural produce market in Kotkhavda was also announced during her reply.

Deputy Chief Minister Diya Kumari has announced that by 2027, farmers will get electricity during the day. Along with this, they will get 30 percent more compensation for the electricity transmission line. The Deputy CM said that the government will give free scooties to 500 girl students who take admission in Polytechnic every year. The government will arrange darshan of Ram Lalla

The state government will run a special train, through this train people of Rajasthan will be able to go to Ayodhya to visit Ram Lalla. Along with this, Rs 10,000 will be given for the health of women and children under the Pradhan Mantri Matru Vandan Yojana. Till now the central government was giving Rs 5,000 in this scheme. It is believed that the state government will add Rs 5,000 from its side and put this money in the accounts of women.

Children suffering from rare diseases will get 5 thousand rupees per month

Diya Kumari said that children suffering from rare diseases will get 5 thousand rupees per month under Ayushman Yojana. For this, Bal Sambal Yojana will be started within the scheme itself. Hematological centers will be opened for the treatment of children suffering from thalassemia.

At the same time, roads will be built up to Indo-Pak border posts in Barmer at a cost of 48 crores, in the first phase, roads will be built up to 9 posts this year and one thousand villages will be connected with asphalt roads.

Monitoring will be done to prevent incidents of children falling in borewells

Diya Kumari has announced that to prevent incidents of children falling in open borewells in the state, now it will be made mandatory to enter the newly dug and old borewells on the online portal. Responsibility will also be fixed for every borewell.

Safai Karamcharis will get free treatment in RGHS scheme

Special free package will be made available to the sanitation workers of the state in the RGHS scheme of government employees for diseases related to lungs, kidneys and skin. Serious diseases of sanitation workers will be treated for free.

New investment promotion policy will come, 20 labs for MSMEs

Finance Minister Diya Kumari has announced to bring a new investment promotion policy (RIPS) to encourage entrepreneurs of the state. A separate RIPS fund will also be created. 20 regional laboratories will be opened including all divisional headquarters to provide sampling and monitoring facilities of MSME industry.

- New girls colleges will be opened in Balesar of Jodhpur and Bhagwatgarh of Sawai Madhopur. - Girls College of Lalsot will be promoted to PG. - New polytechnic college will be opened in Bhiwadi. - Archery and Athletics Sports Academy will be established in Baran and Athletics Sports Academy in Ajmer. - Indoor stadium will be built in Kapasan of Chittor.

Fiscal deficit increased by Congress: Diya Kumari

Regarding the fiscal deficit, Diya Kumari said that in 2017-18, the BJP government left a fiscal deficit of 3.04 percent, but the previous government took the deficit to 4.26 percent in an uncontrolled manner.
