Bahujan Samaj Party: Akash Anand has once again returned to a responsible position in the Bahujan Samaj Party. Before the by-election, BSP supremo Mayawati has again entrusted her nephew Akash Anand with the big responsibility of campaigning for the party. Akash Anand has been made the star campaigner for the Uttarakhand assembly by-election. According to sources, Akash Anand's name is second in the list of star campaigners of BSP. Mayawati has invited Akash Anand to the BSP meeting to be held in Lucknow.

With the important responsibility given in the party, Akash Anand's political stature has once again increased. During the last Lok Sabha elections, he was removed from campaigning. Before that, Mayawati had declared Akash Anand as her successor, and also made him the national coordinator, but after his speeches in the elections, Mayawati had said that he is not mature at the moment. Mayawati had removed Akash Anand from both the posts.

Total 13 names in the list of star campaigners

It has been written in the letter issued by the BSP that the date of voting for the Uttarakhand assembly elections has been fixed as July 10. Along with this, the names of star campaigners for this by-election have been written on the party's letterhead. In this list, the name of Ms Mayawati is written first, followed by the name of Akash Anand. A list of total 13 star campaigners has been released for the Uttarakhand assembly by-election.
