Jharkhand News: News of big political upheaval is coming from Jharkhand. Former CM and JMM leader Champai Soren may join BJP. Champai Soren is coming to Delhi today with three JMM MLAs. Champai Soren is coming to Delhi by Air India flight. He was already in contact with many big BJP leaders and today he is said to be joining BJP in Delhi. Champai Soren is said to be a big leader of Jharkhand who took over the power of Jharkhand after Hemant Soren went to jail. Now he can give a big blow to Hemant by joining BJP.

It is being said that Champai is in contact with BJP through Lobin Hembram. Assembly elections are going to be held in Jharkhand in a few days and in such a situation, Champai Soren joining BJP can cause problems for JMM.

Shivraj Shivraj is the election in-charge of Jharkhand. The JMM MLAs who are not able to be contacted by the leadership include Dashrath Gagrai, Ramdas Soren, Chamra Linda, Lobin Hembram, Samir Mohanty. All of them are said to be with Champai.

Champai had reached Kolkata last night. He was staying at the Park Hotel in Kolkata. He met BJP leaders there late at night. He had a flight from Kolkata to Delhi this morning. Yesterday, on Saturday, Champai had dismissed speculations of joining the BJP. The former CM had said that I have no information about the speculations. We are where we are.

It could be a big setback for Hemant

It has been coming in political circles for many days that Champai Soren was unhappy with the way he was removed from the post of Chief Minister in a careless manner to make Hemant Soren the CM again. After Hemant Soren was arrested by the Enforcement Directorate, he was appointed to the post of CM, so that the CM seat remains till Hemant Soren's return.

BJP leader reacted

On the speculation of JMM leader and former Chief Minister Champai Soren joining BJP, former Jharkhand BJP state president Deepak Prakash had said that the way Champai Soren was removed from the post of Chief Minister by Jharkhand Mukti Morcha is unfortunate. Deepak Prakash said that I do not know whether Champai will join BJP. Any such matter is decided by the central leadership of BJP.
