PM Modi Gujarat Visit: Prime Minister Narendra Modi attended a grand welcome ceremony organized at GMDC ground in Ahmedabad on the second day of his visit to Gujarat. On this occasion, he explained the special significance of visiting Gujarat after becoming the Prime Minister for the third time. The Prime Minister said, "This is my first visit after I have taken oath as Prime Minister for the third time. You people have always showered love and support on me. When a son returns to his home, the flow of blessings and energy increases manifold."

In this ceremony, PM Modi inaugurated and laid the foundation stone of several projects worth Rs 8000 crore in Gujarat, including the inauguration of a 30 MW solar system. He announced his plans and upcoming development works on this occasion, which are important for the overall progress of the state and the country.

Referring to the projects launched in the recent 100 days, Modi said, "I worked for the welfare of the country while enduring many insults. Projects worth more than Rs 15 lakh crore have been started in these 100 days, and the scheme for three crore houses has also started."

Developing the country in the next 25 years

Inaugurating the Namo Bharat Rapid Rail between Ahmedabad-Bhuj, he said, "Our goal is to make the country developed in the next 25 years. Like the Vande Bharat train, the Namo Bharat Rapid Rail will also connect many cities and boost the mobility of the country."

Inauguration of Metro Train

PM Modi flagged off the metro train running between Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar. This metro will cover the distance of 33 km in 65 minutes, which will reduce both travel time and cost. This facility will be especially beneficial for those employees and students who travel between Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar daily.

Inauguration of Solar Energy Projects

In Vavol area of ​​​​Gujarat, PM met the beneficiary families under the Surya Ghar Yojana and observed the solar panels. He said that Gujarat is the leading state of the country in the solar energy sector and many important projects will be started for this in future.

Inauguration of new houses under PM Awas Yojana

PM Modi inaugurated 1120 flats constructed under the PM Awas Yojana at GMDC ground in Ahmedabad. These flats are available at a cost of Rs 6 lakh and for this the beneficiaries have been given the facility of payment in eight installments.

Namo Bharat Rapid Rail launched

After Vande Bharat train, now the country's first Vande Metro train was inaugurated. This train has been renamed as Namo Bharat Rapid Rail, which will provide fast connectivity between Ahmedabad and Bhuj.
