Mr Sanil Deep, an amateur radio enthusiast from Kozhikode, was recently included in the American Book of Records, and 14 others records are kept in his living room.

Mr Deep has created all these records for BCDX NET's long-running shortwave radio programs every Sunday for the past 30 years. As a network controller with an independent call sign VU3 SIO, he is been broadcasting by himself without any team since 1990.

In 1998, Adventist World Radio broadcasted Mr Deep’s BCDX NET 10th-anniversary speech and the 2008 Pacific Guam program’s 20th-anniversary speech.  At this point, you have used the amateur radio installed in your home to connect to radio stations in approximately 200 countries.

Golden Records, India Records, India World Records, Link Records, Arab World Records and Asia Records have recognized his achievements.
