Rajasthan's Health Minister Raghu Sharma has tested positive for coronavirus. "Wishing my ministerial colleague, Dr Raghu Sharma ji speedy recovery from #COVID19. May he get well soon," CM Ashok Gehlot tweeted. On Sunday, Raghu Sharma had visited his constituency Kekri to meet locals and discussed their problems and asked concerned officials to solve them.

Jaipur: Rajasthan Health Minister Dr Raghu Sharma has tested positive for coronavirus. His report came positive on Monday.

The Congress leader is the cabinet minister of medical and health, medical education, Ayurveda and DIPR in Rajasthan government and an MLA from Kekri.

On Sunday, Raghu Sharma had visited his constituency Kekri to meet locals and discussed their problems and asked concerned officials to solve them.

Rajasthan has been witnessing a spike in coronavirus cases and to tackle the same, the state government on Saturday decided to impose night curfew in eight districts and increased the fine amount on not wearing a face mask from Rs 200 to Rs 500.

The cabinet chaired by Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot met on Saturday night decided that a curfew will be clamped from 8 pm to 6 am in Jaipur, Jodhpur, Kota, Bikaner, Udaipur, Ajmer, Alwar and Bhilwara.
