Rajasthan Vidhan Sabha : Sacked Rajasthan minister Rajendra Singh Gudha was suspended from the current session. He was pulling the mic of Parliamentary Affairs Minister Shanti Dhariwal.


Actually, Dhariwal was proposing to expel Gudha from the house. There was a dispute between the two on this. When Congress MLA Rafiq Khan came in between, there was a scuffle and scuffle between Rafiq and Gudha.


After this, the speaker ordered Gudha to be thrown out of the house and called marshals to get him out of the house. Gudha said that earlier the CM had given rasgullas, today he punched them.


Besides Gudha, BJP MLA Madan Dilawar was also suspended. Now they will not be able to participate in the proceedings of the assembly. The facilities available to him as an MLA will also be frozen.


There was an uproar as soon as Rajendra Singh Gudha reached the assembly. Gudha Lal had reached with the diary. They started waving the diary in front of the speaker.


Ordered to remove Dilawar from the House, BJP MLAs sitting on dharna With the commencement of the assembly proceedings at 3.24 pm, BJP MLAs again started ruckus in the House. BJP MLAs shouted slogans after coming to the well. Amidst the uproar, Minister Shanti Dhariwal presented a government resolution regarding the Manipur violence.


The Speaker asked BJP MLA Madan Dilawar to be expelled from the House for creating ruckus and throwing papers. After this order, BJP MLA surrounded Dilawar and started raising slogans.


Seeing the ruckus increasing, the Speaker again adjourned the proceedings of the House for half an hour. The BJP MLAs came to the Well and sat on a dharna. When the proceedings of the House resumed, the BJP MLAs kept on creating ruckus. The Speaker adjourned the proceedings of the House till 11 am on August 2.


Dhariwal said – Gudha had moved towards me to hurt me

While proposing Gudha's suspension in the Assembly, Parliamentary Affairs Minister Shanti Dhariwal said- Rajendra Singh Gudha insulted the speaker. Disregarding the orders of the speaker, they started arguing with him. Willfully obstructed the work of the House. He whacked the mic on my desk and whacked it.


Gudha moved towards me with the intention of causing serious injury to me. Had the MLA and Marshal not stopped, a huge incident could have happened. Till date no such incident happened in the assembly. In view of Gudha's unruly conduct, a proposal was made to suspend him from the remaining term of this House.


Gudha said- Congress minister-MLAs are rapists, get their narco test done

Gudha said- Every sister and daughter of this state are my sisters and daughters. I consider her more than my sister. I am a descendant of Maharao Shekhaji, whose three generations sacrificed everything for the honor of women. Congress ministers and MLAs are rapists. The narco test of ministers and legislators should be done. Many of them are rapists.


Leader of Opposition Rathore said - Gudha was not allowed to keep the red diary in the House

On this development, Leader of Opposition Rajendra Rathore said – The way the Congress MLAs have beaten up, it is condemnable. Gudha Lal, who was the Minister of Military Welfare, had brought the diary. He wanted to reveal the secret. Today in the House, I also raised the issue of red diary. Gudha was not allowed to speak.


They were assaulted by the marshals. The way Congress MLAs broke down on their own MLA, it is shameful. Until the secret of the red diary is revealed, our struggle will continue. The House witnessed that Gudha did not fight. Gudha said let me speak. Rafiq Khan attacked Gudha.

While being the Rural Development Minister, Gudha surrounded his government during the debate in the Legislative Assembly on Friday regarding incidents and atrocities against women in Rajasthan. Said that instead of Manipur, the Congress government should look into its own backyard.


After the grudge in the house, action started at both the government and the party level and Gudha was sacked from the cabinet. After the dismissal, Gudha made serious allegations of corruption against the Congress government of Rajasthan and said that he would make big revelations in the House on Monday.
