According to the information, during the election season, Dausa SP Vandita Rana had sent Sub Inspector Bhupendra Singh for duty in an area. Sub Inspector Bhupendra Singh was staying in the rented room of a policeman who was already living there. It is alleged that when the Sub Inspector was in the room, a 4 year old innocent girl living in the locality was playing outside the room.

Seeing the innocent child playing, Bhupendra Singh called him inside the room and raped him. After this he left the girl. When the girl reached home crying, the family asked her the reason and the innocent girl told them the entire incident. When the family members of the innocent child heard this, the ground slipped from under everyone's feet. When this news reached the people nearby, there was panic in the entire area. After this, a large number of people reached the police station and protested.

The mob demanded the removal of the entire staff from the police station and the arrest of the accused sub-inspector. Seeing the huge crowd of people, Jabta was sent to the spot and a case was registered against the Sub Inspector and an arrest was made. During this time people said that when the protectors become the predators then how will the law be trusted. BJP has also targeted Congress in this entire matter.

BJP leader Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore, while targeting the Congress government, has said that the brutality committed by the policemen on innocent children is a disgraceful stain on not only the police administration but also the Congress government. He also targeted CM Ashok Gehlot and said that the CM himself is the head of the Home Department, hence it is his failure that the entire state is feeling embarrassed by this incident.
