Unlock Rajasthan | In Rajasthan, due to corona, the deteriorating conditions are now under control, in such a situation, the preparations for mini unlock have started from June 1. The positivity rate has come down to 5% in 21 districts of the state, so there is no problem in unlocking here. Mini will be unlocked from June 1, in which, apart from extending the opening time of the existing shops, some more shops can be allowed to open in the market. Ministers have also demanded exemption in trade and movement.

The home department has prepared an unlocked guideline. This evening it will be released after getting approval from the Chief Minister. There is a lockdown till June 8 in the state, so there is no possibility of getting much exemption. The markets have been closed since 17 April in Rajasthan. Everything is closed except ration, food items, medical, milk, fruits and vegetables and mandi.

According to Home Department sources, in the first phase of unlocking it will be approved to open shops in everyday need. The opening hours of shops like grocery and food items, milk, dairy are set to increase. The opening hours of grocery stores are from 6 am to 11 am, which can be extended up to 5 pm. Shops with less crowd will be allowed.

In the first phase under Mini Unlock, experts have suggested removing only some restrictions. Based on this, the guideline has been prepared. The number of shops and activities which are already getting exemption will be increased further. More discounts will be available after 8 June.

In these 21 districts, the positivity rate is less than 5%, there are chances of getting discounts

There are 21 districts in the state where the corona positivity rate has come down to 5%. These include Ajmer, Nagaur, Jhalawar, Bhilwara, Jalore, Sirohi, Bharatpur, Dholpur, Dausa, Bundi, Baran, Tonk, Sawaimadhopur, Karauli, Barmer, Banswara, Dungarpur, Pratapgarh, Chittorgarh and Rajsamand. They are expected to get a concession in the new guideline.

Traffic restrictions may be removed, private vehicles allowed

In unlock, the restrictions on movement from one district to another, from one city to another and from one village to another village can be removed. Private vehicles may be permitted with conditions.

May get approval to open electronic shops

In view of the summer season, approval to open electronic goods shops is set. Along with these fans, AC, cooler repair shops are also sure to get permission. Many business organizations were also demanding this.

Unlocked in the entire state or exemption on the basis of infection rate, CM will decide on this

Unlock has been mentioned in the state from June 1 itself in the guidelines to increase the lockdown till June 8. The first government strategy was to introduce unlock in select districts. But now the government has changed the strategy. Now it has been suggested to implement unlock in all districts except Containment Zone. On this, it will be decided at the Chief Minister level to give a kind of relaxation in the entire state or unlock according to the infection rate.
