Actually, the Karnataka State Employment Bill, 2024 for local candidates in industries, factories and other establishments came into discussion on the previous day. According to this bill, 100 percent reservation for local people in Group C and D jobs in Karnataka, 50 percent in manager or management level posts and 75 percent in non-management level posts was talked about.
