Karnataka Government: The cabinet of the Karnataka government has approved a bill providing 100 percent reservation to the people of Karnataka for the posts of Group-C and D in private companies in the state. Chief Minister Siddaramaiah gave this information on Tuesday. The Chief Minister said that this decision was taken in the cabinet meeting on Monday. He said in a post on 'X', "In the cabinet meeting held yesterday, the bill making it mandatory to recruit 100 percent Kannadigas (Kannada speaking) people for the posts of 'C and D' category in all the private industries of the state was approved." According to sources in the Law Department, the bill will be introduced in the Assembly on Thursday.100 percent reservation in private jobsLet us tell you that a copy of this bill is with the news agency PTI, according to which any industry, factory will appoint 50 percent local candidates in management categories and 70 percent in non-management categories. Along with this, if the candidates do not have a secondary school certificate with Kannada language, then they will have to pass the efficiency test specified by the nodal agency. Let us tell you that this bill also states that if local qualified candidates are not available, then with the help of government or allied agencies, the institutes will have to provide training within three years.Everyone will have to follow the rulesAlong with this, it has also been said in this bill that if there are not enough local candidates, then the establishments will have to apply for exemption in this Act. All industries, factories or other establishments will have to follow this Act. Let us tell you that the Congress government came to power in Karnataka only last year.
