32 illegal immigrants identified in preliminary investigation

During the preliminary investigation in Seemapuri area, the police have identified 32 people who are illegal Bangladeshis. But the shocking thing is that many of these people have Indian identity cards, such as Aadhaar card. According to sources, a large number of illegal immigrants live in slums of areas like Yamuna Bazaar, Bawana, Jahangirpuri, Daya Basti, and Sonia Vihar. The presence of Rohingya and Bangladeshi immigrants in these areas has been a matter of discussion for a long time.

Aam Aadmi Party's allegation

Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has termed this action of Delhi Police as a political drama, linking it to the upcoming elections. Senior party leader Manish Sisodia said, "BJP has always been doing drama regarding Rohingya and Bangladeshi migrants. They were settled by BJP and now as the elections are near, it has started this drama."

AAP also alleged that BJP knows about the presence of migrants beforehand, but is raising this issue for electoral gain.
