PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana: After taking oath as PM for the third time, the Prime Minister of the country, Narendra Modi, has given a big gift to more than 9 crore farmers of the country. Rs 20 thousand crore has been released as the 17th installment of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi. Farmers were waiting for this installment for a long time. After signing the file, PM Modi said that our government is a government fully committed to farmer welfare. The first file he signed as soon as he took charge was of farmer welfare. This amount is distributed in three equal installments of Rs 2,000 every four months, which is deposited directly into the bank accounts of the beneficiaries. According to the interim budget, the government has allocated a budget of Rs 1.27 lakh crore for the Ministry of Agriculture for 2024-25, which is slightly more than the financial year 2023-24. The full budget is likely to be announced in July 2024.The 16th installment was released on 28 FebruaryPM-Kisan Yojana This scheme was launched to meet the domestic needs along with agriculture and related work of all the landholder farmers of the country. This scheme was started in February 2019, but it was made effective from December 2018. Earlier, the Prime Minister of the country had released the 16th installment of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi on 28 February.
