Sharing the video, Rahul Gandhi wrote, “During the Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra, as we travelled thousands of kilometres, our routine at our campsite was to practice Jiu-Jitsu every evening. What started as a very simple way to stay fit quickly turned into a community activity, bringing together fellow travellers and young martial arts students from the cities where we stayed.

Our goal was to introduce these young minds to the beauty of the 'gentle art'. It was a combination of meditation, Jiu-Jitsu, Aikido and non-violent conflict resolution techniques. Our aim was to transform violence into gentleness in them, giving them the tools to build a more compassionate and safe society. On this National Sports Day, I want to share my experience with all of you, hoping that some of you can be inspired to practice the 'gentle art'. With this, he wrote in one line at the end, "Bharat Dojo Yatra is coming soon"
