Asaduddin Owaisi News: AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi has questioned the policies of the UP government while making a strong statement on the Bahraich encounter. He called the Yogi Adityanath government's 'Thoko Do' policy against the Constitution. Owaisi said that law and order is being flouted by this policy and it needs to be run by the Constitution, not by guns.

Owaisi questioned the encounter of the accused of Bahraich violence and said that the police should have tried to get punishment through law and not resort to encounter. He also raised questions on the police regarding this encounter and said that the method of questioning those who were shot was suspicious. Owaisi termed it as a "Netflix picture" like drama where the accused themselves were admitting their mistake.

Owaisi sarcastically said that if the encounterers are so skilled, they should be sent to the Olympics so that they can win gold medals for the country. He appealed to Yogi Adityanath to run Uttar Pradesh on the basis of the Constitution and end the police's 'Thoko Do' policy.

In the context of Bahraich violence, he also said that the murder of Ram Gopal is condemnable, but it does not mean that the accused should be shot. He also questioned how many people have been arrested for this violence so far and how much transparency is there in the actions of the police.

This statement of Owaisi raises serious questions on the law and order of the BJP and Yogi government, and according to him, the government is adopting the policy of encounter under the guise of law by ignoring the Constitution.
