Sources say that the political equations of Maharashtra were discussed in detail in this meeting. After this meeting, the names of observers of Maharashtra BJP are also to be announced.

BJP Legislature Party meeting on December 4

According to BJP sources, the meeting of Maharashtra BJP Legislature Party will be held in Mumbai on December 4. All the MLAs have been instructed to reach Mumbai. In this meeting, BJP will select its leader, after which the leaders of Mahayuti will meet the Governor and present their claim to form the government.

Questions on the role of Eknath Shinde

Meanwhile, caretaker Chief Minister Eknath Shinde has clarified that he has no disagreement regarding the post of Chief Minister. He has expressed confidence in Prime Minister Modi and Amit Shah and said that he will support the decision of the BJP. However, if sources are to be believed, Shinde is adamant on the demand for the Home Ministry, while the BJP does not seem to be ready to hand over this ministry to him.

Shinde's health and meetings cancelled

Due to Shinde's ill health, all his meetings on Tuesday were cancelled. He is currently in Thane and is resting on the advice of doctors. Meanwhile, some MLAs were also scheduled to reach his residence, but all the meetings have been postponed.

No formal meeting has been held yet between the parties of the Mahayuti. However, according to sources, this meeting can be held on Wednesday. During this, there is a possibility of discussion on the division of ministries and the priorities of the government.
