PM Narendra Modi News: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Prayagraj in Uttar Pradesh on December 13. During this, he will inaugurate several important development projects worth more than Rs 6,670 crore and review the preparations for Mahakumbh 2025. According to a statement issued by the Prime Minister's Office (PMO), the Prime Minister's visit will be a confluence of development works as well as spiritual programs.Start of spiritual programsPrime Minister Narendra Modi will worship at Sangam Ghat at 12:15 pm. After this, he will visit Akshayvat tree, Lat Hanuman temple and Saraswati Koop. These places are among the major spiritual and cultural heritages of Prayagraj.Review of preparations for Mahakumbh 2025The Prime Minister will visit the Mahakumbh Exhibition site at 1:30 pm. Prayagraj is the center of extensive preparations for Mahakumbh 2025. Keeping in mind the arrival of lakhs of devotees and tourists in this event, the government is working on several infrastructure projects.Inauguration of development projects worth Rs 6,670 croreThe Prime Minister will inaugurate various development projects at 2 pm. These include projects like 10 new road over bridges, flyovers, permanent ghats, and riverfront roads. Also, with the aim of keeping the Ganga river clean and pure, the Prime Minister will also inaugurate projects that prevent the water of small drains from entering the Ganga and ensure their treatment.Temple corridor and facilities for devoteesPrime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate major projects like Bhardwaj Ashram Corridor, Shringaverpur Dham Corridor, Akshayvat Corridor, and Hanuman Temple Corridor during this visit. The construction of these corridors will help devotees to travel smoothly from one place to another and promote spiritual tourism.Inclusion of modern technologyTo make Maha Kumbh 2025 more technologically accessible, the Prime Minister will also launch a Kumbh Sahayak Artificial Intelligence (AI) based chatbot. This chatbot will provide information and guidance related to the fair to the devotees.Maha Kumbh 2025 eventThe Maha Kumbh Mela will be held from 13 January to 26 February 2025. It is the world's largest spiritual and cultural event, where crores of people take part in Ganga bath and spiritual rituals.This visit of Prime Minister Modi is considered a big step towards the development of Prayagraj and taking its spiritual significance to new heights. These projects will strengthen the infrastructure of the region, make the journey of devotees easier, and promote environmental protection.
