Sri Vijaya Puram: The central government has taken an important decision to rename Port Blair, the capital of the Andaman and Nicobar Islands. From now on, the city will be known as 'Shri Vijayapuram'. The name 'Shri Vijayapuram' reflects our freedom struggle and the contribution of Andaman and Nicobar in it."
